Director of Missions, Dr. Charles Pratt has served several
churches in Louisiana and Tennessee. He served as Director of Missions for the Haywood Association for 12 1/2 years.
He then returned to the pastorate to pastor FBC, Kenton, TN for 9 years. He accepted the call in August, 2008, to
a similiar position as Director of Missions for the Fayette Baptist Association. He loves the associational work and looks forward to serving the churches in Fayette Baptist Association.
Returning to the pastorate for those 9 years, gave Bro. Charles a refresher course in relating to his pastors.
Pratt is a native of Tennessee and has been involved in mission work all over the world for most of his ministry. He
regularly leads mission trips overseas and assists volunteers that have a desire to serve in getting them connected with a
mission team. The recent trip to Asia was January 20 - February 2, 2017 to the Republic
of the Philippines, where over 10,000 people made professions of faith in Jesus Christ as their Savior. The
next trip to the Philippines will be on January 24 - February 6, 2018. The cost of the trip for airfare,
lodging, food, Gospel tracks, in country travel, insurance, etc. is expected to be around $2,900 - $3,000 per volunteer.

America. There are trips this year to Guatemala in September 8-15, a mission trip to Oklahoma was fantastic with
41 mission volunteers on July 9-15, that served with the Cherokee Indians. The next mission trip to Oklahoma will be
during the Summer of 2017. The last mission trip for 2016 will be a return trip to Guatemala on December 1-6, 2016 for
an evangelistic effort to help churches to win their countrymen to a saving faith in Jesus.
Bro. Charles always tries to recruit PRAYER PARTNERS
from home to become a vital part of each mission trip. Every sincere prayer reaches to the throne room of our Savior
and we have experienced that power of prayer from the people of the Lord. Each volunteer is asked to help recruit PRAYER
PARTNERS from their church and friends that will pray for the teams that travel overseas. He asks folks
here to help hold the ropes by praying 5 minutes each day for our teams to reach and teach the people that the teams work
with in each nation. If you are willing to serve as a PRAYER PARTNER, please contact us to let
us know of your help. If you would be willing to support a volunteer to be able to go on one of these mission trips,
please let us know. Fayette Baptist Association, Inc. can
give you a Letter of Donation for all contributions to this ministry organization. FBA, Inc. holds a Tax Exemption
Status just like any church with a Non-Profit 501(c)3.
Dr. Pratt is excited about the opportunties to work with
the churches in Fayette Baptist Association and to help start some more new churches in one of the fastest
growing counties in Tennessee. FBA would like to invite church groups to come and serve on missions with us
in Fayette County to see the Great Commission in action. We are willing to receive mission volunteers to spend
a day, a week or the Summer to help our churches to complete their mission tasks and to launch some new mission ministries.

just voted to launch another Mission Church in Fayette County with the assistance of a specialist with the Tennessee Baptist
Convention in 2017. FBA Leaders are committed to reaching those in Fayette County that are not in church and especially
those without a personal relationship with Christ.

is the Administative Assistant, who began her service with FBA on Feb., 2019. We are thrilled to have such a
joyful Believer serving our association of churches. Linda is a member of Fayette Baptist Church. She is excited
to be serving in Fayette Association. Linda is a friendly and positive person. She is willing to assist
